Once
a home is determined to be eligible, selection is based upon
its location in proximity to the airport. Homes closest to the
Airport will be selected first and selection will continue working
from areas closest in to furthest out on a block-by-block basis
in each eligible area. Presently, specific portions of four
(4) different municipalities are eligible. These areas include
parts of the Borough of Catasauqua, Hanover Township-Lehigh
County, Hanover Township-Northampton County and Whitehall Township.
Approximately 35-55 homes are selected to participate in each
phase of the program. Homeowners are notified in writing that
their home has been selected for the Program and are invited
to attend an initial homeowner meeting. This meeting serves
as an informational session to explain the sound insulation
process, distribute pertinent documents and address homeowner
questions and concerns.

P.C. of the LVIA Sound Insulation Program Offices. If any
