Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority Firefighters Deliver Holiday Cheer
Lehigh Valley , Pennsylvania - Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority firefighters will kick off their annual holiday bear giving campaign on Wednesday, December 21, 2005. The firefighters will distribute 200+ bears to children in area hospitals that will not make it home for the holidays. They will be visiting Easton Hospital, PennStar, Muhlenberg Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Sacred Heart Hospital, St. Luke’s Hospital and Lehigh Valley Hospital. This is the 8th year the firefighters have taken part in this very rewarding event.
Lehigh Valley International Airport is located near Allentown, Pennsylvania and serves a twelve county area with a population of 3.6 million people. The Airport is easily accessible from communities in eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey areas.
