Lehigh Valley,
Pa. -- Airport officials have introduced their newly redesigned
Web site, at http://www.lvia.org, to bring flight information, news
and services to travelers' fingertips across the World Wide Web.
Visitors to
the site will find everything they need to make their travel planning
easier. For example, airlines' reservation numbers and Web site
information, LVIA flight displays, monthly airport traffic reports,
maps and directions to the airport are available on the new site.
The comprehensive site was designed with the traveler in mind, offering
everything a traveler needs to know about the Lehigh Valley International
Airport and the Lehigh Valley region at the click of a button.
The extensive
visitor information section features area lodging, transportation,
attractions and business services. Travelers can also link to Web
sites of airports at other destinations right from LVIA's Web site.
The site also includes detailed information about the airport's
facilities, parking, news and current events throughout the region.
In addition, guests visiting the LVIA Web site can register on-line
for free information on current nonstop destinations, airfare sales
information and other travel savings.
"The Lehigh
Valley International Airport is known as the hassle-free alternative
gateway to eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey," said Director
of Business Development Bruce Tarletsky. "The new Web site enables
us to extend that hassle-free convenience and peace of mind to travelers
everywhere who are planning trips to and from our area."
Lehigh Valley
International Airport is located near Allentown, Pa., and serves
a 12-county area with a population of 2.8 million people. For more
information, browsers on the Web can contact LVIA via e-mail at
