Passenger Traffic Continues to Soar at Lehigh Valley International Airport

Lehigh Valley, PA— May 2007 proved to be another strong month for the Lehigh Valley International Airport (LVIA). Airport officials announced today that passenger traffic increased 10.91% over May, 2006. In May, 73,261 travelers utilized LVIA compared to 66,055 in 2006. Year-to-date, 338,168 passengers have used the airport, up 10.12% over 2006 figures.

Lehigh Valley International Airport is located near Allentown, Pennsylvania and is served by Air Canada's Air Georgian, Allegiant, Continental Express, Delta Connection, Northwest, United Express and US Airways.
