First Quarter of 2000 Continues to Show
Strong Passenger Volumes at Lehigh Valley International Airport

PA. - Airport officials reported passenger traffic for the first
quarter of 2000 is showing strong growth. The passenger volume reached
219,671 at the Lehigh Valley International Airport, a 10.21% increase
over the first quarter of 1999 when 199,322 travelers passed through
the Airport.
"The continued
success of affordable fare nonstop jet service from Delta Express
and USAirways to Orlando, Florida, along with increased awareness
of the Airport within our service area continues to play a major
role in the steady increase in our passenger volumes for 2000."

Lehigh Valley
International Airport is located near Allentown, Pennsylvania and
serves a population of 5.5 million people in a 50-mile radius and
within a 60-minute drive from the Airport. The Airport is the hassle-free

Jersey.
