Atlanta, GA - Interstate Jet today announced that it will
postpone service to Atlanta until early 2004 in response to weak
consumer demand that continues to plague the entire airline industry.
Passengers currently booked on Atlanta flights have been refunded
in full. These affected passengers, however, will be offered the
opportunity to book flights to Los Angeles or Las Vegas from Lehigh
Valley International Airport at the same fare paid to travel to
Atlanta and without any change fees if they travel between May 23
and June 22, 2003. Passengers may also fly on other routes of Interstate
Jet originating in Atlanta to Baltimore, Charlotte, Cincinnati,
Louisville, Nashville or New Orleans at the same fare.
Interstate
Jet flights are Flightserv, Inc. d/b/a Interstate Jet public charters
operated for Interstate Jet by TransMeridian Airlines. Information
on flights and reservations is available by calling 1-877-FLY-I-JET
(1-877-359-4538) or www.flyijet.com.
