Continental Airlines Begins New Nonstop Service to Boston from the Lehigh Valley International Airport
Lehigh Valley, PA – Airport officials announced that Continental Airlines will begin service to Boston’s Logan International Airport today. The airline will offer three daily roundtrip flights. The service will be operated by the carrier’s Continental Connection regional service. CommutAir, based in Plattsburgh, N.Y., has served the Northeast as a regional airline since 1989. The company has more than 200 employees and flies to cities throughout the Northeast, the Midwest and Canada. George Doughty, Airport Executive Director commented, “We are pleased to have Continental offering this service to the Lehigh Valley Region.”
