Atlanta, GA. - Due to the impending hostilities in the Persian Gulf Region, Interstate Jet is making the following changes to our flight operations. The Allentown to/from Los Angeles flights scheduled to begin April 3rd, will instead begin on May 22, 2003. Passengers currently booked on the Los Angeles flight prior to the new start date will be given the opportunity to receive a full refund or rebook at a later time at the same fare and without any change fees.

"We want to make certain that our new service between Lehigh Valley International Airport and Los Angeles gets off to an excellent start. Unfortunately the uncertainties of war occurring in the next several weeks make that difficult. We are certain that passengers will enjoy our new service when it begins on May 22, 2003," said Cary Evans, executive vice president of Interstate Jet.

Interstate Jet also announced that all passengers who are booked on the Atlanta service from Lehigh Valley International Airport which begins FEBRUARY 20th are unaffected by the postponing of the Los Angeles service. However, should hostilities commence the Atlanta passengers will be able to change their reservations without change fees and at the same fares originally booked.

Interstate Jet flights are Flightserv, Inc. d/b/a Interstate Jet public charters operated for Interstate Jet by TransMeridian Airlines or Pace Airlines. Information on flights and reservations is available by calling 1-877-FLY-I-JET (1-877-359-4538) or www.flyijet.com.

"We apologize for this necessary change in schedule and the inconvenience that will occur. The report, "Airlines in Crises," published this past Tuesday, FEBRUARY 11, 2003 by the Air Transport Association provided a very realistic picture of the impact of the impending conflict on the airline industry, ranging from substantial reductions in reservations, flight schedules and enormous increase in the cost of operations due to fuel prices. All of these elements combined with the uncertainty of when hostilities may begin, have adversely affected the travel industry including Interstate Jet," Evans concluded.
