Lehigh
Valley International Airport Reports Strong Passenger Growth For
The Year 2003

Lehigh Valley,
Pa. - Airport officials announced today that 982,777 passengers
traveled through the Lehigh Valley International Airport (LVIA)
in 2003. This was 23.13% above 2002. In December 86,296 passengers
used the airport. This is the second largest yearly volume recorded
in airport history after 2000 when 1,013,710 passengers used LVIA.
Dramatic growth
by Southeast Airlines and increases by several other carriers contributed
to this new record year. December 2003 was the busiest on record.

Lehigh Valley
International Airport is located near Allentown, Pennsylvania and
is served by Air Canada's Air Georgian, Continental Express, Continental
Connection, Delta Connection, Northwest Airlines, Southeast Airlines,
United Express and US Airways. LVIA serves a twelve county area
with a population base of 3.6 million people. The Airport is easily
accessible from communities in eastern Pennsylvania and northern
