Filming Requirements

Any filming on LNAA property must be requested in writing on company letterhead at least two (2) weeks prior to start date along with proof of insurance. Please include the following details on the request letter:

• Name of film. Details about film.
• Date(s) requested for filming at the airport.
• Start time and length of time needed.
• What location(s) at the airport will be used?
• Exactly what will be filmed.
• How many people in film crew?
• What film equipment will be brought?

Fees to be determined based on size of production, airport staff needed and use of facility. Fee includes supervision by an LNAA employee who must stay with your film crew at all times during the filming process. Fees may increase due to specific requests from the film crew.
